Professional Experience

Computer Scientist

  • Principal Developer: Led the development and maintenance of multiple MEAN stack websites deploying them to an Amazon VPC via CI/CD.

  • Keycloak Authentication System: Deployed and managed the Keycloak authentication system for FORT, integrating AzureAD and Login.gov as identity providers for seamless user authentication.

  • Authentication Packages:Developed and maintained several authentication packages for FORT, including an Angular package and an R package, empowering developers and scientists to easily implement authentication within their applications.

  • Sagestep Application: Led the development of the Sagestep application entirely in R, hosting it on a private Posit cloud server to support ecological data analysis and decision-making.

  • NABat Project: Contributed to the NABat project by addressing and fixing upload features, as well as implementing new functionality to support extended lifespan access tokens for R package users to securely access their data.
